In the heart of King’s Cross, 30 Lighterman provides stunning office space sympathetically designed to incorporate environmental best practice. For the refurb of this 100-year-old building, innovation was not a variable but a constant.

  • Achieved highest sustainability criteria for internal water + air quality: ventilation rates improved to 12 litres per person per second

  • Includes some of the 1st UK office occupancy sensors from Density; allows overcrowding + resources to be efficiently managed

  • Biophilic design: indoor planting, ample natural lighting, earth-tones throughout
