33% reduction in CO2 emissions thanks to solar shading, natural ventilation + high-performance façade = £2.5m annual saving on lower energy and maintenance costs

Partnering with IT specialist Fordway, Brent Council have reduced IT power consumption by 80%. Through a desktop virtualisation solution, only 15W of power is used per desktop – compared with 80W average. Also, part of Avengers - Age of Ultron was filmed in the building.
