🌱Sustainability

  • Aiming for DGNB (German Sustainable Building Council) Gold

  • Inspired by simple construction of traditional wooden barns + their exposed frames: upper floors made of hard-pressed oak planks = 1st time to be used in Danish construction

  • Timber façade protected by an envelope with aluminium on wood: ensuring minimum maintenance + less wearing

  • Fitted windows in the 3 roofs allow natural ventilation + exterior roof surfaces covered with green sedum plants

  • 4 EV charging stations for tenants to power up on-site

🥦 Wellbeing

  • Open, collaborative space encourages co-creation + interaction

  • Douglas fir, oak + green plants throughout provide tranquil, warm atmosphere

  • Shared space flanked by 2 flexible outer volumes – accommodating a variety of offices + meeting rooms to suit occupant needs

  • High level of service + extra facilities: including manned reception, meeting catering, coffee lounge, Racket Club

  • Tenants receive an annual visit from certified Health Partners offering lifestyle advice + holistic health checks

🎈Bonus feature

Framehouse is even equipped with its own Massage Room – a permanent masseur and reflexologist on-site to offer treatments. Best way to ease workday pain and strain.
