🌱Sustainability

  • Pillar beam construction of glue-laminated (glulam) timber – using local Swedish fir trees – eliminates dependency on concrete

  • According to calculations, it only takes 60 seconds for a Swedish forest to grow all the wood required for a building of this size

  • A living material, wood responds to its surroundings and enhances the quality of indoor climate + humidity levels

🥦 Wellbeing

  • Exposed wooden interior with deep seated niches creates a warm, cosy feel – showcasing simple but expressive aesthetics of wood

  • Highly rational office layout: 4 corner units on each floor organised around central communal/ amenity core – offers maximum flexibility

  • Floor-to-ceiling framed glazed windows generate well-lit environment

  • Shared roof terrace accessible to all tenants

🎈Bonus feature

‘Nodi’ translates to hub – and that’s exactly what it is. With its mixed retail/ office space, it serves as a communal centre and striking landmark in Gothenburg’s Nya Hovås district.
