2 smart living green walls with AI "Biofilters" from Naava: with automated watering + enhanced filtration effect of 6000 ordinary plants created from only 126 (72,000 m3 of fresh air generated per year) – reduce ambient temperature + humidity
Real-time Environmental Quality Monitor (inc. air quality, noise, light, occupancy) feeding into analytics display screen: showing “Human experience performance score” for data-driven decision making
🎈Bonus feature
This building is one of the first pioneered by Seeders Capital – advancing “self-sufficient, smart zones”. Each project focuses on improving 4 key zones: Clean Air Zones, Zero Waste Zones, Clean Energy Zones, and Clean Water Zones. Crucially, their transformative, circular model recognises every building as part of a wider ecosystem – never in isolation.
