• AI smart bins automatically segregate waste on-site: building efficient, structured waste management

• Solar see-through window films: provide 51% total heat rejection, 15% cooling energy savings + 10% monthly bill savings

🥦 Wellbeing

• 2 smart living green walls with AI "Biofilters" from Naava: with automated watering + enhanced filtration effect of 6000 ordinary plants created from only 126 (72,000 m3 of fresh air generated per year) – reduce ambient temperature + humidity

• Real-time Environmental Quality Monitor (inc. air quality, noise, light, occupancy) feeding into analytics display screen: showing “Human experience performance score” for data-driven decision making

This building is one of the first pioneered by Seeders Capital – advancing “self-sufficient, smart zones”.
