In the heart of Birmingham’s close-knit Jewellery Quarter – a beautiful, stylish and flexible working environment from a derelict crumbling Grade II listed building.

  • Considered refurb of Grade II listed Victorian building: part funded by National Lottery Heritage Fund with extremely high conservation standards

  • Fibre cement slates were removed and replaced with Welsh slate tiles; cast iron rainwater goods were used; and new steel framed Crittall windows replaced old, rusted ones

  • Victorian tiles removed from another part of the building were salvaged and used to restore the area around the ground floor hall and office

  • Historic panelling retained + restored
